Number 1 in the list of preferred sleeping situations is the afternoon nap, which I am a huge fan of and becoming more and more qualified to be an ambassador for. There’s nothing like  nice nap between 3 and 5, nodding off just as my brain stops functioning and waking, perfectly rested, in time for dinner.
